I am a senior member of The New American Initiative, an educational reform organization that works with public and charter schools in the Tri-State area. My focus includes strategy and business management as well as leadership development, team-building, and organizational support. I also a AMA certified MBTI coach and a facilitator at Yeshiva University's Office of School Partnerships leadership program.

I received my undergraduate degree in Talmud from Yeshiva Oholei Torah in Brooklyn, and was later ordained at the Rabbinical College of Pretoria, South Africa. After an exciting two years in South Africa I returned to New York and graduated from Columbia University with an MA in Psychology and Education. When not working on transformative educational reform I try to squeeze in time for reading, camping, martial arts, and meaningful conversations.
